I have phoned talktalk customer service tonight at 7pm. I was on the phone for 25+ mins. I asked quite clearly to have both my £25 monthly bill credited and also asked that they credit an additional £25 -a total of £50 this is because they are total and utter shite. They couldn't be any worse. They lie, they promise stuff -but they never deliver. I taped the call, but it couldn't have been any more boring.
The folks I spoke to -nice people- were based in Cape Town, South Africa. They are to send me an email and contact me on my mobile telephone tomorrow 11am GMT. If they do I will be sure and keep you up to date.
The rules on Broadband provision in the UK have either just changed or are just about to change. The reason for the additional credit is that this would be the fifth month in a row that there service will have been 'piss poor!'
